The West Georgia Lady Wolves lost three straight sets to Shorter this past Tuesday in The Coliseum.
Helen Menchinger led the team with 8 kills, Amanda Miller with 23 assists, and Melissa Holt with 21 digs.
Shorter’s team attack by set percentages were higher than Wolves all 3 sets. In the 1st set, the Wolves struggled to make a statement by producing 1 lead change. In the 2nd set, the Wolves were able to make with 11 tied scored and 4 lead changed but couldn’t take the set. And in the 3rd, the Wolves had no answer for Shorter by not producing zero ties and lead changes.
The Wolves are now 8-4 on the season and 3-2 in the Gulf South Conference.
