The group (consisting of artists Karrahbooo, Draft Day, Dc2Trill, Camo! and of course Lil Yachty) has expressed a new sound with the release of their highly anticipated debut compilation album on April 5, “It’s Us Vol. 1.”

One organization that gives students the chance to express themselves artistically is the UWG Vogue Academy, with its first Couture Galore taking place this semester. The Vogue Academy presents a fashion show once a semester with creative and unique themes, and this year’s theme allows students to express their fashion sense and modeling talent.

Last Wednesday the Multicultural Achievement Program (MAP) at the University of West Georgia held the 40th Multicultural Achievement Awards (MAA) ceremony at the Campus Centre. The MAA is given to minority students at West Georgia as a way to celebrate their academic achievements.
